## 按住处类型看房租

第一档最低价的那种房间，意思是一张床、一台风扇，以及和整栋房子共用的卫生间和厨房。

**Silliman 附近**
走路就能到处去，学生多。更吵，6 月开学时价格会涨。

**Boulevard 与 Piapi**
海滨：餐厅和大海就在门口，风暴来时也更直接受影响。

**Daro 与 Bantayan**
更安静，同样面积更划算。你会想要一辆摩托车或 tricycle。

**山上的 Valencia**
更凉、更绿，同样的钱空间更大，离城里 15–20 分钟。

**Sibulan 与 Dauin**
沿海，挨着机场和潜点。更便宜、更安静，但什么事都得开车。

## 什么时候找房

- 3 月到 5 月是最好的窗口：房子空着，房东愿意谈价。
- 6 月最差，因为学年开学，价格上涨。
- 大雨时街道积水，通常一小时左右退掉；海滨最能感觉到风暴。
